Hi. if i want to download the pattern draft of that blazer how do i do it?

Nowhere near involved in the fashion industry (and also very late to the party), but I've been looking at Clo3D tutorials just for fun-and binging your channel-and came across Style3D Studio; the UA-cam algorithm's at work. It's very similar to Clo3D, so I think it's worth checking out for those familiar with Clo3D. From what I've seen in some comments and sites, Clo3D has more features, but Style3D is better at simulation and has a free library fully integrated into the software. According to their site, not only is there a 30-day trial, but there's also a FREE non-commercial version-remember NON-commercial. Apparently, it used to be $30/month, but the non-commercial version is now completely free with a few limitations-don't know if that'll always be the case, but that's what it's like at the time I'm writing this. The Individual plan is also less expensive than Clo3D at $40/month and $380/year, but you might want to keep in mind that Clo3D has more features than Style3D, at least according to what I've heard through word-of-mouth (word-of-comment?). It's still relatively new, but I just thought I'd share this in case anyone missed it or is interested. I can't say anything definitive since I use neither of these programs, but some videos and sites compare the two if you wanna check that out, and you can check the software out too.

😭😭😭I finished my AS in Fashion Merchandise and Management with the highest GPA. Not even one job offer, I was too old at 30 something. Eventually, I got a job in a complete different field that paid me really good money. Soon I will retire and I planning to open my own fashion business. Finally I will be working on what I’m most excited about, fashion, trends, fabrics 😂.

Good to know. I was wondering who it was that predicted that say “denim skirts are hot this season” or “ shirt dresses are a must have for summer”! But mostly I wondered who the genius’ were that brought back my beloved flare and bell bottom jeans from the 70’s! I was a kid then so I couldn’t rock the look like I can today! And fortunately my guy is in a rock band and he also loves the look sooo! But the jeans of today are starting to take on the 80’s high waist mom jeans look! I personally don’t care for high waist jeans anymore after loosing weight. I want to show off a little lol. But it did inspire me to start sewing and make my clothes the way I like them. Good to know the titles of each job. I suddenly feel like I might need to make a change of fortune. 🔮 lol

About the price of Clo3D; psst: an Adobe subscription for an individual is 59.99 a month. I’m not trying to downplay the cost, but considering that it’s a 3D software that can literally help you make, grade, and export sewing patterns, and that your time is also money, I would say worth it. Though personally I’m waiting to see if I hear back from Browswear indie first.

Thank you! I'm learning so many great features! I used to export every file as jpeg and then import into excel lol, used separate files instead of layers and recolored all shapes manually, but this method is so much faster!

i am new to artboards or illustrator but I am using Coreldraw for a decade already. Having a hard time migrating to Illustrator. One thing that I can't appreciate in artboards or maybe I don't know how to use it well, is that what if am using a hundred artboards. each artboard is separate artwork but what if I accidentally move some elements to other artboards. I would be crazy to trace it back since it has a tendency to overlap. In Coreldraw there are pages. You cannot simply drag or accidentally transfer other element because each page is locked, unless you are going to copy/paste the elements to other page. I don't know how to explain it well. pls help

So happy I found this video. It is very helpful to understand better the industry. I also think that the best option is 5, to be indepenend freelancer as it also make you feel enterpreneur and I think it is more enriching and empowering experience, but I think before this it is good to gain experience with print studios to learn and gain experience. I can’t believe I’m the first comment… honestly there has to be more videos like this on UA-cam ?! I’m wasn’t exactly working within fashion, I worked in fashion makeup and hair styling. Studied at London college of fashion and got to experience that life at the age of 19/20 and I walked away from the Industry midway though university. truthfully, I had a mental breakdown, I felt Depressed, suicidal overall I HATED my job. Makeup artistry is a great career and you meet SO many amazing people and have opportunities to work at LFW and PFW but my morals got in the way of pursuing makeup. It’s a toxic industry that feeds off you’re insecurity’s and they profit exploiting miners all over the world all in the name of “Beauty” luckily I have high school qualifications from high school and I’m now applying for a civil engineering, bachelors degree so yeah I’m heading in a completely different direction 😂 overall it feels SO good using my skills for a industry that’s more meaningful? and honestly a WAY better pay
